Tiffany Glass is a 33-year-old award-winning beauty from the South Side of Chicago. Graduating from Morgan State University with a degree in Hospitality Management, she has worked in the Hospitality industry for over twelve years in operations management.

The monogamy of corporate America pushed her to launch her own personal brand. Glass was moving up the corporate ladder, doing well for herself as well as learning all that she could in her respective field. One particular day she was forced to take a position without pay. Glass understood her talents, her worth and knew some changes had to be made immediately.
