SHIPPING
All orders are processed and shipped within 5-7 in the United States. A shipping cost of $8 will be added to the order at checkout. For Express Shipping (1-2 business days), an additional $25 will be added to the order at checkout. Shipping and handling rates are subject to change anytime.
All customers will receive an email with tracking information after items have shipped. If you do not receive this information within 2-3 business days please be sure to give us a call at 312.890.2441 or send immediate email to hello@simplysade.biz.
To avoid shipping delays, please be sure to check the address information on all orders placed (including unit #, apt #, etc.). No refunds will be issued for items lost, damaged, refused or abandoned items.
We are not responsible for any shipping delays due to holidays, natural disasters or carrier delays; Saturday, Sunday and national holidays are not considered business days for delivery purposes.
If out of stock on special order request, you will be notified immediately.
RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

All items can ONLY be exchanged. No exceptions.

Items must be returned and shipped within five days from the received confirmation date. The first day begins once we have received confirmation that your package was delivered to the requested shipping address.

The return must be in its original condition, not altered and include all original tags and packaging. Please note that brushing, combing, picking, cutting, washing, coloring and any other changes made to the hair are all considered alterations and an exchange will not be granted.

All items returned for an exchange will be inspected thoroughly. The condition of all returns will be at management's discretion.

Shipping costs for all returns will be at the customer's expense. We are not responsible if items returned are lost in the mail.

Why should I use “virgin Indian hair” when beauty supply stores offer hair at lower prices?
Virgin Indian Hair is indeed an investment, however, the purchase is much more rewarding in the end than beauty supply hair brands. Virgin hair tends to last longer when taken care of properly, behaves as if it is your own natural hair and tends to blend much better with your own natural strands. Beauty supply store hair brands tend to tangle and become matted with only a few washes which causes the consumer in the end to pay extra for additional hair after only 1 or 2 uses. I have never used “Virgin Indian Hair” before. What should I know before I decide to use this kind of hair?
Virgin Indian hair is 100% unprocessed, natural hair; it willh ave a natural texture and color. Typically virgin Indian hair is sold in three textures (a) Natural Straight (also known as lightly wavy) (b) Natural Wavy (c) Curly (the curl tightness varies). Even though the hair generally has a curl pattern, it can be easily straightened with a flat iron or any other curl pattern you desire. In addition, Indian hair comes in natural shades of black and dark brown. Virgin Indian hair is not sold by a hair type such as #1, #1B, #2, etc. The hair is sold in its natural state, with a possible few variations in bundles. When blended properly by a stylist, the hair looks exceptionally natural with a better depth of color.

What does "weft" mean in relations to hair?
Hair “weft” pieces are made by sewing hair together on the root side of the hair and keeping it freely hanging on the tip side, making it look like a hair curtain. Hair wefts are made either by hand (Hand Tied Weft) or by using specialized sewing machines (Machine Weft). SimplySade's wefts are “machine wefts” and are well reinforced. The wefts can also be cut without any unraveling. In addition, to cover a larger area of your head you should probably purchase 2 or 3 packs of hair (a 16 inch weft will be approx. 9 feet long).
How much hair should I purchase?
Bonding: 1 pack of hair for 5-6 layers.
Weaving: A full sew generally requires two packs of hair; however, purchasing extra is recommended if more is required due to the style and volume desired. For hair over 18” of length, we recommend purchasing a third pack. Any hair left over can be saved for later.
Can my new hair be colored?
Yes, you can color the hair. Our virgin remy hair of premium quality has never been chemically treated and it can therefore handle the coloring process very well. However, we recommend consulting a professional if you wish to color your new hair.
Is it safe to go swimming with my extensions?
Yes, but is should be braided or pulled back in a ponytail to prevent tangling. Wash the hair afterwards and make sure it is well conditioned. We recommend using a spray-in conditioner when you get out of the water to keep the hair soft and manageable.
How long will my new hair last?
The longevity of our virgin remy Indian hair depends on how well the hair is maintained. Due to its natural strength and durability, virgin remy Indian hair will last longer than any other product available in the market of hair extensions; typically 1-2 years.
